can you all help me with this , got this earlier today and i thought at first it was a 190 kilmarnock but im now not sure

thats all over the place mate!

not seen a 190 on those bases or with a different coloured stripe

better men than I will be able to tell you what this started life as!

Have the bases been painted as there appears to be blue paint on some of the boots and bars?

well spotted did not see that earlier . took a flyer on a crap photo on ebay paid £7 so not too bad

HW190 is a basic version of HW3 - 3 parallel blue stripes, but with no collar trim/sock trim and no stripes on the back.

Agree with comments above ... this one is a repainted HW21 (even the rather 'compressed' base lettering on many of the bases is quite often found on HW21s).

repaint all day.
the 190 also can often have a thicker middle stripe and all three stripes tend to be quite close together.

here's mine which actually doesnt have the thicker middle stripe effect.

also got 21 , 6 , 159 in same job lot and they are all good

Not a notion. But I think it is based on a kit somewhere. I THINK I saw this in the eons long ago, a German or Nordic team maybe ?

the box it came in has borussia mg on it paul if that helps
