I need to upload my blackberry software to download the clip - I'll give it a go later in the week (hopefully the instructions will be straightforward... )
Don't worry though, this clip will defo be available on the lionhearts forum before long!

That's evil Ralph!
Poor lad...but then it should learn him
This has reminded me to look at a couple of photos I took last year when Adam came round to play the first ever game in the new home of the stadium of fingers (before the stadium was up).
...and there it is - Adam defending a corner and the opportunity to do a Ralph!
Unfortunately I failed to spot it, cross the ball and shot wide with the ball ending up in the paste bucket!
...and I lost 1-0

Classic...poor Adam. I'm sure he'll get his own back soon though.
Hope the programmes were all in order when you got back Ralph.

are you talking about sneaking a goal in direct from the corner using the goallies rod? steve lucas did that to me at jim's house one lionhearts a couple of years back. was last kick of the game to sneak a 1-1 draw.

risky going for the rod..too hard it will go straight over..not hard enough it won't go in got to hit the base everytime ..(sadly no smiley for smart arse !)

There you go spud...this shows the gist of it. I didn't quite press record quickly enough for the actual taking of the corner - but then I wasn't exactly expecting there to be such a strong gust of wind to be appearing so suddenly!
Also, here's the corner retaken - Jim clearly shaken up by the whole experience firing the shot in just too late! (Nice left/right hand combo by 'Mr Ambidextrous' though! )

It's the flicking keeper flying along the fence in the first clip that makes me laugh. I never noticed, until you mentioned it...classic

"Which hand's the ball in Jim?", says Spudder holding out one hand, as he's eating an apple with the other hand.
"That one" says Jim, pointing to the only hand held out to him.
"Correct - you've got kick-off" says Ian, opening his hand to reveal the subbuteo ball...
Jim duly kicks off and the game begins...
8 minutes later a strong gust of wind blows across the pitch...

Well you never know with Jim...he's just as likely to point at the apple mate...and get it right
