1. The referee’s judgement cannot be questioned
2. If the referee notices a figure laying down, when the ball is still he must stop the play and raise it
Should the ball strike a figure that is laying down, it is deemed to be handball, and a free kick is awarded.
The free kick should be in-direct outside the shooting zone, direct inside the shooting zone, or a penalty awarded if the offence happens in the penalty area.
3. The referee must call fouls, and change of possession
4. The referee must not call 'backs' and 'moving backs', but if asked by the player, he must take the decision to grant 'back' or continue the play
5. If 'back' is granted, it is the referee’s duty to put the ball and figures involved back as they were
6. The referee calls offside only when it is committed, and must not warn the attacking player
