| GREAT thread, Jim. Very envious. What was that Zeugo pitch like to play on? Nice to see the old fence surround. | |

| The Zeugo pitch , bit too fast for me Steve , nice surface though , but was good to get on the baize on Saturday That stadium was harder to play in than Fingers Stadium as well , but you saw it ...........you HAD to | |

| Beautiful venue! What a great weekend.
I'd love to get a celly team, Jim.
Preferably done in the very first Melchester Rovers kit, or the 125 year celebration 'Red Sash' kit Saints recently had with gold bases would be nice.

The small ball makes a world of difference...its easy enough to chip though isn't it ?...if anything too easy I find...I can bend it too despite the words of an erm..ex-England star ( )who insists it can't be done....(see classic bitter and twisted review of Mark Adolphs book on Amazon by some big time charlie serious chip on his shoulder competitive type )

| I see an interesting thread elsewhere concerning blocking flicks featuring the games leading know all .. never used blocking flicks myself until 2010 or met anyone else who did for that matter...was that man ever a child ? I think not... | |

whats with the goggles mate? you are hard enough to beat without them! My eyes are like everything else mate , don't work as well as they used to It was awesome to be a part of it all Jon , fantastic 3 days . That room we used at BTFC last time was better than the usual one , much more natural light
