No Chelsea pensioners...athough considering some of the spectators have been sitting in the stadium since the mid-70s, I reckon quite a few must be pensioners by now!

No Chelsea Pensioners !!! I have too many waiting for season tickets so I can send a few on to you. Got a bit carried away with the Milliput. I always seem to mix about 10 times more than I need.

Cheers Gullster!

If any of the old boys fancy seeing their days out in the stadium of fingers terraces, they are more than welcome! Laughing

Thanks Gullster - arrived in the post today!cheers - addressed to 'Mr Fingers'! Laughing

Not sure what the Postie made of that...might be requesting a new round... Shocked

Anyway, they've been given the special tour this afternoon. The chaps seemed really upbeat about the whole thing! Very Happy

First they were entertained with a snowball fight!

Then they went to an afternoon organ recital and had a bit of a sit down afterwards...

Then a quick trip to Old Subbuteo Street, where they had a nap above the shops Dee owns...Cool

Then it was off to the Stadium of Fingers for a look around from a new vantage point!

...and finally settled in their new home - pride of place in the dug-outs!Very Happy

Was my pleasure! Very Happy

One of little chaps (who said he supported Chelsea incidentally) highlighted he always felt a bit nervy in the Shed End at Stamford Bridge wearing his red coat. Shocked

Says he feels much safer in the stadium of fingers. Cool

That would be good Jim. Couldn't arrange anything last year as had to keep making trips to my Mum's. She ended up having a triple bypass and there were a few problems.

Yeah , realised you had stuff on mate no probs , just thinking we should do something , I reckon we're on a par , wave-length wise Smile
PS Watching the big match from 79 the other day , was that you who lobbed that smoke bomb on the pitch at The Goldstone just before Albion scored Shocked Wink can't remember who you were playing now , completely un-sighted the keeper though , wouldn't get away with that now Surprised

No Jim but I was down at that end. Remember that game well, our last home game against Blackburn who were relegated that season and we finished runners up to Palace.
