New Solo Season

Decided to run four divisions this season, 12 teams in each using squads from 1981/2.  Idea is to run it on each year with promotion and relegation and in addition have a 'Non-League' division of 8 teams. I've placed the teams in divisions relative to how they have performed in my previous solo leagues. So Poolfield find themselves in the Third Division. I will actually play a different division each week and use a system for the other divisions results so all the teams will get to be flicked.

Fosseter played the first game of the season and secured all three points with a win at Woolbury.  Lineker followed up to knock one in off the post for the first goal of the season in the 44th minute. Alan Sunderland equalised for Woolbury on 55 minutes, but Lineker pounced on a loose ball to shoot into the corner of the net for the winner.
