| Good to know there is still stuff out there - although this is my first decent HW find at the car boots in around a year - picked up for rock bottom prices ohw 1 - early reffed box ohw 18 - early reffed box 6 - unreffed box but lovely condition 21 - unreffed box but lovely condition 41 - reffed box - average condition just a shame when I asked if they had any more - the horror reply "Woooh we had loads, but we got rid of it a while back" was forthcoming Oh well - it will encourage me to keep getting up early Fridays ..Saturdays...Sundays Cheers Paul. | |

| yeah nice one paul. how much did that lot set you back? £10? obviously worth a while lot more than £10 but just curious what people are prepared to accept at a boot sale yep the question you should never ask is "have you got anymore?" as i reckon nine times out of ten you will get the answer you got. | |

| Not really up on Ohw prices. What do tou think the 2 teams are worth ?
Only just realised that the ohw1 is actually the same as a he 161!
Not sure if the ohw2 has a direct hw match. Any thoughts?

| thats an ohw 18 there paul. an ohw ref 1 does not come up that often so you might do well on that one.maybe £30 - £40. sold an ohw 18 not long ago - think about £15 - £20 | |

| I picked up 5 Hasbro teams yesterday all for £1 each at a car boot. They were ex shop stock, the boxes were still sealed with the original tape! Not quite the haul that Paul has got, but its definately out there. I usually miss out on it though as there's a trader in my area that gets up a lot earlier than i do and usually gets all the good stuff which does end up on eBay | |

| Great finds, guys! Not in the same league at all, but I picked up my first piece of Subbuteo in a charity shop last week while on holiday - sadly it was nothing more than the modern 'Dream Team Stadium' But ... a start is a start ........ | |

Cheers
Paul. Highly pleased with most of them, some terrific prices ... though there were some bargains in the middle of that batch - I think a HW208 in reffed box went for £13. | |

| fantastic results on the 203 , 214 & especially the 185 been offered a 185 for just shy of a ton - was going to buy with a view to making some money on ebay the last two 185's before yours went for around 65 - one being sold by DukeBentheforth - so a respected ebay seller so was going to give the 185 a miss - yours then goes for 3 1/2 times Bens!! I think their is a simple solution to this we send our stuff to you & you sell it for us - taking half the profit - everyones a winner | |

| Hi Chaps.
I saw your teams go Ian and was well impressed. With regard to the 185 - my box was pretty shot and one player had a slightly different skin tone but that was still a pretty sweet price you got!
Ian - In my opinion, the reason your stuff goes so well is down to 3 main things:
1) Numerous very clear photos 2) The rarity of the teams
But probably the most important...
3) A good customer base who trust you and respect your reputation.
This is something that can't be underestimated on ebay and valued customers are exactly that to a seller. I have regular buyers who purchase from me most times that I list anything (as I expect you do) and this trust is something that takes time to build - I know this as I had a few rough sales at the beginning!
Anyway, well done on your recent sales. It must be very exciting coming into the last few seconds of the listings!
