Rainy day find

nearly didnt make my weekly trip to the collectors market today as it was pishing it down

saw two small green boxes on one of the stalls - the first with a ref 1 sticker had red zombies , so was expecting the same when i lifted the lid off the 2nd with a 202 attached.

delighted to find the following


one neat reglue and one player who obviously narked the local mafia


dont know what he's encased in, but hot water had no effect on it - any ideas what it is?

cant see anything to compare it against on ebay, but I'm guessing its at the rarer end of the spectrum, as there's not much showing in the ref section either ?

It's probably the best find i've seen in years. A real beaut. Top end of the rarity spectrum. If your selling it, your quids in bud.

i will confirm later but the 4th is the only date i can at the moment , i have no problem driving mate

would be good to see you flicking again



also that is a top find , you will have to take me to your collectors market:lol: , this is on par with your panini 70 album in finds for me

The difference between the panini 70 and this is that the album was worth something as I could bring myself to sell it, whereas the 202 is worthless as i can't part with it as it HAS to join the collection ;-(

The 4th is the only date I 'may' be free , so I'll wait until the final date is announced and if it's the 4th will try and sort something out with you

Superb find - and hardly surprising that SoR has been 'converting' yet another of his HW purchases into a supposedly rare reference.
