anyone else got any of the italian short boxed teams where the box is longer than the uk short box and the inner is hard plastic?

Yes, but i sold them. The inner box is really strong and well made isn't it Jon. Very hard plastic. And the box's are a completely different size to anything else. My fav was a named Flamengo with Hybrid figures.

Odd font number on that one Jon...as in usually get that on earlier box's. Never say never though.

Yes got this from subbuteo world a while back.was one of pete whiteheads price mess ups so got it at a decent price for what it is

Yes I have 3. They contain hybrids though, not HW.

That Flamengo team is very happy on the self in Hong Kong!
