November 11th meet at Stade De Fingers

folks,

next meet is sunday 11th november at steve moretons stadium home!
steve lives in southend and this is not to be missed.

car shares to be organised as many of us coming from the west.

played at Steves the last time he kindly held the meet at his house and it was amazing. Will be trying my hardest not to miss this meet

can everyone please confirm "yes" or "no" by end of october so as to give steve time for planning,etc

Others may prefer the trees for goalposts on the account of unpredictable ricochets of the posts and a gentleman's agreement on whether it went over the bar or not...!

Those pitches look fantastic. I would like to play on the No Man's Land pitch and be allowed to sit spectators across the whole of the crossbar - anything to try and minimise my sickly goals against tally!

Wonder what Steve would come up with for one of Stevie's beach football pitches

...although Dee's official role is 'Editor'!
She was in charge of deciding what cameras to cut to (see the video clip with Jim and Lee).
And in this 2-minute clip her decisions were:
Cam 6 to Cam 4 to Cam 5 to Cam 6 to Cam 5 to Cam 4 to Cam 6 to Cam 2 to Cam 1 to Cam 6 to Cam 7 to Cam 8.

And she did this game after game - which requires a level of concentration I could only dream to aspire to!!

Yeah , she got very bossy as I recall Lee though was a bit of a master on the joystick cam

Chaps it's been a while...

Fabio contacted me to let me know this was happening.

I maybe able to come to this... I would love to meet up with the lads again and of course see the hallowed turf of the Fingers.

I will know nearer the end of the month. I'm awaiting confirmation of a Race training course i'm doing for work which might conflict.

Is that ok?
