Thats the great thing about solo you can never predict whats going to happen. I have know idea where those two results came from. The previous two only yielded two goals between them. scratch

A typical game this one with the home side dominating but not getting the second killer goal. Saints didn't look like scoring then up popped Danny Wallace to knock in two late goals off the post, almost identical. Leicester are top on 11 points, Saints 8th on 8 points.

Are Saints gonna be the Monday night game then, Gully?

Aha ... I see Norwich played twice.

Please don't tell me Saints were away to Watford?

The goalscorers sure are bringing back a load a memories, Gully.

Such a great aspect. Feeling very nostalgic.

Surely Saints must have been at home against Leicester, as they were away at Wolves previously, and Norwich were at home?

I won't let you write off their championship chances easily, mate!

No, Norwich did play twice in a week. These are Saturday 15 Ocober 1983 fixtures and the Norwich Leicester game was played on Wednesday 19 October. Saints are 12th on twelve points, Norwich have played two games more on 19 points so not as bad as it looks.

Laughing Laughing Just superb defensive play Jim. Yes, Norwich ( standard HWT) have been my most consistent team. Runners up to Luton last season and also Cup winners. They are three points clear of Forest at the moment with the Foxes in third. Leicester have only lost one but have drawn seven !

Saints are havin' a shocker, Gully.
Do SOMETHING!
Sack the index finger, and let the middle fella point them in the right direction.

I'm afraid its looking terminal Steve, they've lost all confidence every time they shoot I stub my finger on the pitch. Laughing

Was thinking of bringing in Foxy as coach but looking at his performance with Real Betis it would probably be the nail in the coffin.
